LBCC recently completed the new Thrive Healthplex Wellness Center in Gonzales, Texas. An open house and ribbon cutting ceremony was held Friday, June 23, 2017. LBCC VP/Project Manager – Justin Lott, Project Engineer – Nathan Conrad, and Project Management Assistant – Jennifer Maxwell, were in attendance alongside the design team for the project, Polkinghorn Group Architects. The new state-of-the-art facility includes physical therapy with a therapy gym and pool, a four-lane fully enclosed natatorium, locker rooms, two racquetball courts, an aerobics area, free weights, spin area and administration offices. The center also includes an educational space with child care and conference room, as well as a large lobby area that could accommodate social events.
