Mike has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry including healthcare, retail, commercial, industrial, institutional, multi-family and residential construction. He is a solution-oriented individual who commands the respect of both Owners and Subcontractors alike. He leads the team with a no-nonsense, positive attitude that turns every project into a “win-win” situation. Mike has accumulated his diverse resume in construction from around the country and has brought his own unique style to the Central Texas area.

Justin Lott

Partner/Chief Executive Officer

Justin has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry with project knowledge of healthcare, commercial, industrial, and institutional. Justin’s industry work experience began during summer employment while attending college and continued after graduation to present. His experience includes field labor, estimating, and field construction management. Justin’s business management education and construction experience are valuable in field operations.

Tyler has more than 15 years of experience in the industry and brings a unique knowledge and background in managing fully integrated design build delivery projects. He keeps the team focused on the overall results and delivery.
